The interpreter as a cost factor: Inevitable evil, cost driver or valued partner for a successful event?

Each conference is an investment for you and a challenge for us – which we are happy to accept. All the details must be correct. Your international delegates should feel well looked after – in all departments – whether catering or communication. Both must be well prepared and have their price, because what counts is customer satisfaction.
Make the right investment, because the cheapest will turn out the most expensive in the end.

Pricing of interpreting services

The fee for our services includes not only our performance during the event but also the time dedicated to preparing and researching the background and terminology of each presentation in advance. This is often overlooked, but is absolutely essential for professional interpreting. In many cases there is also a need for advice prior to the event, the organisation of interpreter teams and technical equipment.
